My POV on Building AI Products

Ship in weekends. I build what excites me on Saturdays and Sundays. Prototype fast, validate with real users, iterate based on feedback. The best way to learn is to get it in front of people who have the problem.

Build what excites me. Side projects driven by curiosity and genuine problems I face. If I'm not excited to use it myself, why would anyone else be?

AI-native from start. Design for AI capabilities from day one, not bolt them on later. Each project teaches me something new about what AI can and can't do well.

Background

I'm a Growth PM learning to build AI products. I ship weekend projects to real users and each project teaches me something new about AI and product. My day job is identifying bottlenecks in user journeys and shipping experiments. My nights and weekends are spent exploring how AI can solve problems I actually have. Every prototype starts with "I wish I had a tool that..." and ends with friends using it in real life.
